Fandom Fest

Introducing Madison's newest teen program, Fandom Fest! Fandom members are invited to the library to experience the magic of each fandom first hand as different shows, movies and anime are explored. Fandom Fest will occur each 2nd Thursday of the month at 6:00pm. No RSVP is required, but please come early. This month, Whovians will rejoice as we explore the most ancient of fandoms, the journey of the Doctor and his companions. Allons-y!

Pinterest Test Lab 3-D Snowman

Attention all Pinterest fans! Join us each month in the Pinterest Test Lab as we tackle a popular craft from Pinterest. In our January session, we will make 3-D snowmen in a frame. Cost is $3.00. Teen Writer's Group December Meeting

It is a truth universally acknowledged that teens with a pen, paper and a story to tell must be in want of a writer's group. The Teen Writer's Group of the Madison Library will be holding its next meeting on Thursday, December 5th at 5:00 pm. Topic to discuss will be story planning. Weave a Tote/Purse Basket

Maximum number of students:  12.

Open to adults and youth ages 14 and up.

 

Weave a 4.5” x 9” x 8” tall tote/purse basket.  Learn how to handle reed, fill in the bottom and shape a basket.  Dyed reed will be available for decorating your basket. Read more about Weave a Tote/Purse Basket
