Crystal Kitchens will be back at the Madison Public Library on Friday, November 30, from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. to teach a class on triangle loom weaving. Learn to weave on a triangle frame loom with continuous thread, and how to finish and join the triangles. In this workshop we’ll use a 36” loom to make a child's shawl or adult scarf. We’ll have a fashion show of scarves, shawls, ruanas and ponchos to give you ideas. You’ll learn how to make your own triangle looms in various sizes. No weaving experience is required. Madison Public Library and Pottery By You are holding an ornament class at the library, 130 Plaza Blvd., Madison, on two dates in October and November. We will paint the pottery ornament, and then have Pottery By You fire it in time for the holidays.
