Madison Windmill Installed!

Swing by MPL today for a preview of the newly installed Windmill in the Children's Garden. Its brightly colored petals are made from recycled metals and bring  elements of energy and motion to the garden project. Basket Weaving Comes to Madison

Make a round basket with artist Crystal Kitchens!

Learn the necessary skills to handle basket reed, start a round basket and shape it into your personal handmade creation. The finished basket is approximately 6-inches tall with a 5-inch diameter base. Colored reeds and beads provide personal flair for those wanting to express themselves. A second basket can be started if time allows.

This workshop is for beginners. No experience is required. Basket making is wet work, so wear old clothes and bring a towel. All tools and other supplies are provided. Read more about Basket Weaving Comes to Madison
